Mar 14: Draft 1 prepared and distributed to stakeholders requesting comments by April 11.
Mar: 25–26: Stockholm Secretariat retreat on strategy
Apr 11: Deadline to receive comments on Draft 1.

Final report of the external review and management response
May 12–23: FPG meeting (one day during CSD-16) requesting feedback on draft strategy.
May 25–27: SC debates Draft 2 in SC meeting in New York
Jun 20: Draft 2 sent to stakeholder in preparation for discussion at the Consulting Partners Meeting.
Jul 20: Deadline for comments from Stakeholders.
Aug 15-17: Draft 2 discussed at the CP meeting in Stockholm.
Sept 12: Draft 3 sent to stakeholders for comments
Sept 26: Comments incorporated into draft 3
Oct 13: Draft 3 sent to SC
Nov 6–7: Approval of draft 3 by SC
Dec 1: final comments Incorporated to produce the GWP Strategy 2009–2013
